Workplace Campaign Program

With a United Way workplace giving campaign, your employees can help your organization make a larger impact throughout the year through payroll deductions, volunteerism, community engagement, and much more. 

Our team will help with onsite coordination of giving activities. We can also enable custom giving pages to promote a streamlined giving opportunity. Giving pages offer credit card or payroll deduction payment methods. 

All workplace giving programs are customized to meet the needs of your organization and employee engagement goals. 

Labor Union Partnership

Through the national partnership between the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO) and United Way, labor and community come together to create meaningful impact. Union members serve as dedicated liaisons between central labor councils and local United Way organizations, helping align resources where they are needed most.

These liaisons play a critical role in strengthening communities by:

• Coordinating volunteer projects that support local nonprofits and community initiatives
• Demonstrating support and solidarity during strikes and lockouts, while connecting affected workers and families to essential resources
• Guiding unemployed individuals to agencies that provide financial stability programs and workforce support
• Strengthening collaboration between labor, business, and community partners

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing economic stability, supporting working families, and build stronger communities through collective action.
