Community Impact Grant Program
The Community Impact Grant program invests in innovative and effective solutions that improve the lives of working families and strengthen communities. Funding is available to organizations that demonstrate the ability to advance outcomes in key focus areas, including:

The program is designed to support initiatives that help individuals and families achieve greater stability, expand opportunities for children and youth, improve health and well-being, and strengthen the capacity of communities to respond to challenges and thrive.

Eligibility
Eligible applicants must be qualified nonprofit organizations that provide direct services within the designated service area of Lake, Porter, Jasper, Newton, and Starke Counties. Applicants should have the organizational capacity to successfully implement proposed programs and demonstrate their ability to measure and report outcomes.
Application and Review Process
Grant applications are reviewed through a competitive process designed to identify high-impact programs and community partnerships. Applications are evaluated based on organizational capacity, program effectiveness, anticipated outcomes, community need, and alignment with funding priorities.
Funding decisions are made following a comprehensive review process, and successful applicants may be required to provide progress reports and outcome data to demonstrate the impact of grant investments.
