Health 2 Home is a partnership with Goodwill, pairing low-income mothers with healthcare from pregnancy until the child's second birthday.

United Way Northwest Indiana's Navigators connect community members to local services and programs, guiding them toward the support they need for food, housing, healthcare, financial assistance, and more.
